Currumbin Zoo

I have spend all my cash in hand this last day of the first week, which is about 150$ (700 kr.) in total. The big spending is of course because of mainly the prepaid card I bought for my phone and the transport card.

Today we planned to go to Currumbin Zoo with the rest of our friends. As kind as Don is he drove us and on the way he showed us a beach called Rainbow Bay, which is an extremely beautiful and very popular beach. Here from we could also view the surfers Paradise, as seen on the picture to the left.

Then we met with the rest of our friends at 11 am at the Zoo. Luckily Peggy got the zoo tickets for 20$ by prepaying the tickets through Groupon.com, whereas the normal price is 49$ each. The most exciting thing to experience in the wildlife park was definitely to touch and feed the Kangaroos!

Then we went back to Helena’s house to take a swim and Ida and I stayed for dinner.

Dinner: Pork with green beans, chilli and garlic and rice
